Data Deletion

How to request deletion

1. Open the Contact or Support option in the Marugen Koi Farm application, or use the Contact Us option on our website.
2. Write “Delete my account and data” in your request.
3. Include the email address, phone number, or account identifier associated with the account.
4. Complete any reasonable identity-verification step we request. This helps prevent unauthorised deletion.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymise the personal information associated with the account that is under our control. Depending on how you used the service, this may include:

• Account profile and sign-in identifiers.
• Contact details and support communications.
• Saved preferences or application activity linked to the account.
• Other user-provided content associated with the account.

Information we may retain

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or record-keeping obligations. Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge a verified request promptly and complete it within 30 days. If additional time is required because of the complexity of the request or applicable law, we will provide an update through the contact method used for the request.

If you do not have an account

You may still request deletion of information previously submitted through an enquiry or support message. Identify the message or contact details involved so that we can locate the relevant record.
